Classic Pumpkin: Silky spiced custard made with Fort Vannoy (Grants Pass) banana pumpkin.
Caramel Apple Oat: Local apples laced with spiced caramel piled high inside an earthy rye crust & topped with oat crumble
Sweet Potato Pie: Spiced sweet potato and ginger inside a pecan-crumb crust. Finished with marshmallow meringue ribbon.
Optional mascarpone whip add-on.
